This school year, I spearheaded the full implementation of a new PLC system in our school. Despite the demand of the new schedule, we have our PLC twice a week. On Tuesday, the entire PLC discussion and agenda is centered around data disaggregation and the evaluation of class data. Thursdays are reserved for Planning. The whole notion is to allow the data to drive the instruction. Every two weeks, I created school wide instructional videos to provide school wide instructional leadership and coaching for our entire staff. This system led to the creation of our instructional model and practice for the fall and spring semester.
